Well, what's this all about then? I'll give you a quick intro to what we do. We are a group of enthusiasts who meet weekly to train our beloved German Shepherds in obedience. As you can see this is our first Blog, hopefully of many as we venture out with our new website. We are hoping to share our successes and news of activities with other BAGSD branches and other dog enthusiasts.
Our qualified instructors train dogs at all levels from puppies up to show standard dogs. We are always keen to welcome new members to our Branch. Details of where we are will soon be available at the following address.

Well it looks like i will have to put on the first blog.It has now been just over a year since i joined Bagsd Birmingham South and what a year 12 rossettes 1-5th
5-4th 2-3rd 1-2nd 2- Best German Shepherd and the latest one 1st in beginners at the club match at perry barr.Hoping for some better placing in the open shows next year as just missed out this year coming approx 7th 8th 10th but getting to know how the shows work now so a bit more confidence is setting in plus my mate is getting better.I must say a big thank you to all the members at the club without whom this would not have been acheived . A special thank you to Albert who started we off on this journey when we first arrived at Bagsd and to Josie who has taught we how to work in the ring and is still trying to get me to talk like a tart,and not forgetting the main man himself as josie calls him bluey.Hope to update this blog next year so till then happy training.
